ISS Memento Mori Patch

In the Terran Empire the Memento Mori is not an Intrepid but the NX-23 I.S.S. Memento Mori. A member of Taskforce Obsidian the Memento Mori and the other members of the Taskforce received refits in line with the I.S.S. Imperial Hammer following the success of its new run. Sporting new Phasers, enhanced Photonic Torpedoes, and a new shield emitter the ISS Memento Mori became one of many new enforces of Terran power within the Alpha Quadrant.
