Jeno

So in light of our new feline overlords I'd figure I'd share a story.

This is Jeno. Jeno was an abandoned cat on a street we used to live on. We took him in, as he was a very well mannered fellow and was clearly and indoor cat prior to his previous owners just up and moving away leaving him alone.

Taking care of Jeno was a joint responsibility for all in the house, but I took a special liking to Jeno. See I'm very allergic to cats, I puff up, my eyes water and swell, I get all sneezy. But I love</b> cats. I would spend a lot of time out on the sun-porch with him in my lap while I did homework and other things. It was very comforting despite the side effects I suffered of it later.

Sadly we weren't able to take him with us when we moved, but, we didn't want to put him through what he'd been through with his previous owners. So we found him a nice home to live in and a family to care for him, and he lived out the rest of his days in their care. But I do miss him, and his big fluffy pounces and how he'd curl up in your lap.

He was a good kitty.
